Introduction

In this experience we will visit four key buildings of Old Havana and get to their roofs for another view of Old Havana. From their tops we will explain how the city was made from the historic and architectural point of view while delighting form unique panoramas.

What we'll do

We will make a round walk over four key places in Old Havana. At Plaza de Armas, we will explain the foundation of the City of Havana. From Ambos Mundos rooftop, a place commonly visited by Ernst Hemingway, we´ll explain where Havana started while enjoying another perspective of the Colonial Havana.

At San Francisco de Asis Plaza coexists history and modernity. From the tower of this ancient convent we will realize of this mix. Finally, from Plaza Vieja´s Dark Camera we will appreciate the boiling life of Old Havana these days. It will be the perfect place to end our experience and take account of what we have seen.

• Entrance ticket to Cathedral, Ambos Mundos and Dark Camera

Where we'll be

We will start at Plaza de Armas, in front of El Templete, where the city was founded. From there we will head to Ambos Mundos rooftop. After, we will go to San Francisco de Asis Plaza to get to its tower. Finally, from Plaza Vieja´s Dark Camera we will appreciate the boiling life of Old Havana these days.
